Training practice
We are currently involved in teaching medical students from the University of Warwick. Part of this teaching involves students either observing consultations and/or actively participating in the consultations, including examinations. If you would prefer that a student is not present during your consultation, please inform the receptionist before seeing you doctor. Both the doctor and the student will understand if you prefer that a student is not present during your consultation.
Full details about our Training and Research can be found here.
GP net earnings
All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice. The average pay for GPs working in Pool Medical Centre in the last financial year was £84,129 before tax and National Insurance. This is for 2 full-time GPs, 4 part-time GPs and 0 locum GPs who worked in the practice for more than six months.
